Rita is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of Business, Management and Real Estate Consulting experience. Her deep knowledge and connections allow her to offer her clients the highest competency and essential advantages to best achieve their dream.

A graduate of the Sloan School of Management at MIT, Rita entered the real estate industry as a young Financial Analyst researching investment opportunities and selecting acquisitions targets for a foreign investment fund. Ultimately, as part of their advisory team, she played a significant role in negotiating major acquisitions involving hotels and condominium blocks in Manhattan, Houston and Boston.

Prior to settling in Santa Rosa Beach, to be close to her beloved grandchildren, a decision she says was one of the best of her life, Rita lived and worked in some of the most dynamic capitals of the world, including London, Paris, New York, Boston and Los Angeles. Her extensive international experience and ability to speak a variety of languages enables her to assist clients from around the world.

Rita is accustomed to working with a variety of clients, from international celebrities to the first time buyer, and has sold and represented properties ranging from under a million to the tens of millions of dollars.

Rita has established a reputation of excellence in customer service and has been named year after year, consecutively as one of the “Five Star Real Estate Agents” in the region by the Los Angeles Magazine, while she worked there, an honor bestowed upon only two Realtors per Region.
